Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Deployments Senior IT Manager to lead large-scale ERP and SAP modernization initiatives across plants and functions. You will guide governance, strategy, and execution in a matrixed, multi-site environment, driving readiness and benefits realization.

You will mentor leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure disciplined, end-to-end deployment execution with strong site readiness and change management practices.

Formación

• Enterprise deployment leadership across ERP programs and multi-site deployments.
• Experience directing senior program, project, functional, technical, data, testing, change, or release leaders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong collaboration across business and technology functions to deliver enterprise priorities.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations when introducing major technology changes.
• Practical command of program governance, planning, cutover, hypercare, and data migration.
• Executive ability to communicate complex delivery conditions clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience managing systems integrators and multi-sourced delivery teams, with accountability for outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise deployment strategy and portfolio across SAP landscapes.
• Oversee program and project leadership for complex, multi-workstream implementations.
• Establish operating cadence across business, site, product, platform, architecture, security, and data teams.
• Guide site readiness, change management, and adoption for go-live readiness.
• Direct release, environment, and cutover management with end-to-end coordination.
• Oversee data migration, testing, and quality engineering to ensure a single quality system.
• Sustain governance and performance measures across deployments and supplier partnerships.
