Job summary

Caterpillar's Cat Digital is seeking a Deployment Governance Lead to oversee Cat Converge Suite deployments with dealers and system integrators. You will ensure alignment with Caterpillar standards, methodologies, and quality expectations across end-to-end deployments.

You will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and CE) to anticipate risks, guide decisions, and accelerate issue resolution, including data migration and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployment governance for large software programs.
• Strong data migration and integrations expertise.
• Proven ability to coordinate with SIs and dealers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead SI execution governance to follow deployment methodology.
• Serve as primary Caterpillar deployment lead for dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers and SIs to identify risks and drive resolution.
• Provide deep D365 F&O and CE expertise to align solutions.
• Oversee data migration strategy and validation for go-live.
• Review designs, configurations, migrations, and integrations for standards.
• Communicate status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Mentor deployment specialists and share best practices.
