Job summary

Qualifications

You will serve as a Business Central Administrator, responsible for supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role that combines ERP administration, business analysis, project delivery, and user support. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, production, inventory, and technology teams to improve business processes, support system enhancements, and ensure Business Central continues to deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain functions.
• Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into functional Business Central solutions.
• Lead and support Business Central projects including enhancements, process improvements, upgrades, testing, and go-live activities.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory, manufacturing, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with developers, Microsoft partners, and third-party vendors on integrations, customizations, and system improvements.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation activities using SQL to support testing, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, training, and change management activities.
• Provide day-to-day support for Business Central users and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills
