Job summary

VC5 Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to optimize processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and collaborate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and IT. You will gather requirements, document processes, and support UAT to ensure successful ERP implementations.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data quality, and manufacturing/ERP domain expertise, offering opportunities to develop deep expertise in ERP business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, Operations Analyst, or related role.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and manufacturing/operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issues to ensure successful system implementations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality across various departments.
