Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, production orders, and process optimization.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server or Azure SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Experience with integrations, third-party apps, and BC extensions.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Dynamics 365 Business Central across manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain functions.
• Gather requirements and translate needs into BC solutions.
• Lead BC projects including enhancements, upgrades, testing, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams to optimize processes.
• Coordinate with developers, partners, and vendors on integrations and customizations.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation using SQL.
• Manage UAT, documentation, training, and change management.
• Provide day-to-day BC user support and drive continuous improvement.
