Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC seeks an experienced infra engineer to build end-to-end automated test infrastructure for D2D phased array hardware. You will integrate CI/CD, HITL test resources, and on-prem with AWS services to enable scalable validation workflows.

The role collaborates with RF, firmware, and test automation teams to ensure infrastructure meets complex lab requirements and supports CI/CD delivery pipelines across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working in data centers or critical infrastructure experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, IoT Core, CloudWatch).
• Experience designing test/measurement rack environments with instrumentation, DUT connectivity, and power distribution.
• Experience with physical infrastructure: power budgets, thermal management, structured cabling, 19" EIA rack standards.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Experience taking a facility design from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end test rack and chamber environments for D2D phased array hardware, including power distribution, cooling, cabling, and network.
• Design the CI/CD integration layer to deploy artifacts to HITL resources and trigger validation campaigns.
• Define and implement the test orchestration control plane: scheduling, DUT allocation, firmware flashing, test execution, results collection.
• Build automated workflows that detect regressions or RF issues and generate SIM tickets with logs and steps.
• Integrate on-prem test infra with AWS services for scheduling, storage, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Create repeatable rack configurations deployable across multiple labs using infrastructure-as-code (CDK/CloudFormation/Terraform).
• Design OTA HITL setups connecting anechoic/RF chambers with HITL pipeline for CI/CD validation.
• Define power distribution, UPS, and environmental monitoring requirements; own capacity planning and procurement specs.
