Florida's Best Water Treatment Company is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to lead a door-to-door canvassing team. This full-time leadership role offers a base salary, commissions, bonuses, and strong earning potential.

You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, lead regular coaching and field training, and develop canvassing strategies and routes while tracking performance and daily output.

Qualifications

• Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams.
• Comfortable working in the field and leading by example.
