Job summary

Exol in Perris, CA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead D2C fulfillment in our automated Perris facility. You will manage fast-paced e-commerce workflows, coach supervisors, and drive safety and continuous improvement to hit key KPIs.

Responsibilities include coordinating unit picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics; optimizing throughput; and partnering with technology teams to maintain high automation uptime. A strong Lean mindset and data-driven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading high-volume D2C/e-commerce fulfilment operations.
• Experience with automated systems (AMR, ASRS) is highly preferred.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Perris, CA warehouse receiving, packing, outbound and reverse logistics.
• Lead supervisors and shifts, enforce safety and lean improvements.
• Drive OTIF, accuracy, and CPU while maximizing automation uptime.
• Partner with tech teams to integrate robotics and AI tools.
