Job summary

Ektello is seeking an analytical Data Analyst for our on-site Plano, TX office. You will design and maintain operational reports and executive dashboards to provide real-time visibility into D2C fulfillment, carrier forecasting, and inventory tracking.

You will work with BI, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain to transform complex data streams into actionable insights using SQL, Tableau, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, Analytics or related field.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on data analytics in Operations, eCommerce, or Fulfillment.
• Proficiency with SQL (GCP) and Tableau dashboards; familiarity with SAP ERP, WMS, and OMS.
• Advanced Excel skills for forecasting and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain operational reports and executive dashboards for real-time visibility into D2C fulfillment performance.
• Develop self-service Tableau dashboards with filters by warehouse, category, carrier, and KPI.
• Prepare reporting packages and support weekly business reviews and executive presentations.
• Ensure data integrity by validating warehouse outputs against SAP ERP, WMS, and OMS.
• Collaborate with BI, Finance, Category Management, and Supply Chain to drive operational improvements.
