Ektello is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst – Sales Operations for an onsite W2 contract in Plano, TX (min 6 months). The role focuses on data architecture, ETL, and BI development to support Sales Operations.

You will build and maintain ETL pipelines, develop Tableau dashboards, govern data sources, and partner with Sales, Finance, IT and vendors to ensure data quality and timely insights.

Competenze

• 4+ years in sales operations, BI, or data analytics in a B2B environment.
• Experience with Python or AI-enabled automation tools.
• Advanced ETL experience with Alteryx or similar platform.
• SQL proficiency with complex queries on large datasets.
• Tableau expertise for dashboards, data sources, governance.

Mansioni

• Oversee OLAP sales data model performance, reliability, and refreshSchedule.
• Validate model outputs with quality checks and diagnose issues.
• Assess data structures for efficiency and propose scalability improvements.
• Design, deploy, and support automated ETL pipelines using Alteryx or comparable tools.
• Monitor jobs, triage failures, and restore data flows with minimal disruption.
• Develop Tableau dashboards from discovery to deployment and training.
• Govern sales hierarchies and product reference data within ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, IT and external vendors to resolve data issues.
