Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech or Slovak speaking Client Solutions Executive to join our B2B sales team in Kraków. The hybrid role focuses on building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering tailored solutions.

You will prospect, engage decision-makers, present solutions, close deals, and develop long-term partnerships while exceeding targets. Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak is essential, with a proven sales background and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Czech or Slovak required for daily client engagement.
• Proven B2B sales experience with target attainment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales pipeline end-to-end.
• Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage Czech/Slovak-speaking businesses across markets.
• Develop outreach plans using phone, email, LinkedIn and digital channels.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand objectives and needs.
• Maintain relationships as a trusted commercial partner through customer journey.
• Own end-to-end sales process: qualification, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations aligned with client goals.
• Track activity in CRM and monitor forecasting and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and success.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Partake in ongoing training and performance reviews.
