SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks a Czech Quality Assurance Lead (QAL) for a remote hourly contractor role. You will oversee quality, trainer performance, and adherence to project guidelines across Czech training projects.

You will review AI-generated Czech content, provide precise feedback, and coordinate with remote trainers and QAs to maintain high standards. Strong Czech and English skills required.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Czech with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of professional Czech writing/editing/translation/QA experience.
• Deep knowledge of Czech grammar, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, declension, gender, tone.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers/QAs.
• Comfort with Discord, Google Suite, trackers, dashboards, PM tools.
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality docs.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring of Czech items and feedback.
• Communicate guidelines updates to trainers and QAs.
• Respond to questions around Czech wording, grammar, diacritics, nuance.
• Activate inactive contributors and track availability.
• Create and maintain Czech project documentation and onboarding materials.
• Lead onboarding/training calls on expectations and quality standards.
• Ensure language guidelines are followed as projects evolve.
• Identify quality gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
