Joinkeywork is seeking a Czech Language Expert (SME) to review AI-generated content and craft high-quality Czech references. You will assess language quality, tone, grammar, and cultural appropriateness, and provide precise feedback in English, including rewrites and model answers.

This remote, hourly contractor role supports multilingual QA, localization, and evaluation to improve Czech outputs for premier AI models. Strong linguistic background and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Czech proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong professional proficiency in English (C1) to follow guidelines and provide detailed feedback in English.
• 3+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and gold-standard Czech answers across domains (general knowledge, customer support, education, translation, localization, and culturally sensitive content).
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI outputs for fluency, tone, register, meaning preservation, terminology, and cultural appropriateness.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Detect unsafe or misleading content, factual hallucinations, bias, mistranslations, ambiguity, and culturally inappropriate phrasing; validate reliability across use cases.
