SME Careers is seeking a Slovak Quality Assurance Lead for a remote hourly contractor role to oversee quality across Slovak AI training projects. You will review AI-generated Slovak content and trainer outputs, evaluate against guidelines, and provide precise written feedback to ensure consistency.

This role requires strong Slovak and English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage QA workflows across remote teams. Selection includes an AI interview, task, and recruiter interview.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Slovak with strong reading and writing skills.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years in Slovak writing, editing, translation, or related language-workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Slovak items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Trainer/QA communication: update on guidelines, changes, and quality expectations.
• Question handling: respond clearly on Slovak wording, grammar, and context.
• Activation management: DM inactive contributors and flag availability issues.
• Documentation: create and maintain Slovak project docs, style guides, FAQs.
• Onboarding/training: run sessions to explain expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent Slovak guidelines across projects.
• Process improvement: propose scalable QA workflows for Slovak projects.
