The role is a remote, hourly contractor position with a focus on minimizing errors, ensuring consistency, and delivering rewritten content and model answers for improved AI performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant linguistics or language field.
• Native or near-native Czech proficiency with strong reading and writing.
• Strong professional English proficiency (C1+) to provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of language-focused writing/editing/translation experience.
• Deep understanding of Czech grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
• Ability to explain errors and fixes across multiple registers.
• Reliable, self-directed, remote contractor with hourly workflow across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and gold-standard Czech answers across domains.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank outputs for fluency, tone, and terminology quality.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Detect unsafe or misleading content and factual inaccuracies; validate reliability across use cases.
