Qualifications

• 1 year of histopathology, cytology or other laboratory experience.
• 1 year of experience handling PHI and other patient information using a LIS

Responsibilities

• Prepares and organizes samples for testing and tube preparation.
• Labels, handles, processes or prepares specimens and transports them.
• Assists licensed personnel or supervisor in pre- and post-analytic activities.
• Maintains inventory and records of reagents and supplies.
• Performs data entry and supports quality control procedures.
