Job summary

Blue Line Search Group is seeking a CYP Operations Clerk for NAS Oceana Child Development Center in Virginia Beach. The role serves as the information point for CYP programs and performs clerical and administrative tasks to support CDC, CDH, SAC, YP, R&R, and USDA Food Program.

The position emphasizes record keeping, reporting, family liaison, fee monitoring, and compliance with background checks and USDA requirements. Must provide HS diploma or GED; government environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must provide a copy of your HS Diploma, GED, or College Transcripts when you apply.
• DoD approved training certificates or CDA/MSA credential(s) may be noted but are not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records and reports for CYP components (CDC, CDH, SAC, YP, R&R, USDA).
• Liaises with families and programs, answers inquiries, manages waiting lists and communications.
• Collects and records fees and tracks supplies, ensuring proper cash handling and deposits.
• Serves as mandatory reporter as required by policy and performs other duties as assigned.
