Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Booneville, MS is seeking an Assembly I to perform basic assembly operations in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. Candidates will read prints, use hand and power tools, and follow standard work with attention to detail.

Cross-training across related positions is common to ensure coverage and quality. Starting hourly pay is $17.05 with a 7% night shift premium on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience to read standard work documents and enter data.
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform various assembly processes in a fast-paced, safety- and quality-focused team environment.
• Follow production schedules and use MES, BIQ, Pinpoint, Epix to reference work instructions and data entry.
• Cross train in related areas to provide flexibility and coverage as needed.
