Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Disassembly I at the Corinth, MS facility. You will disassemble engines and components, adhering to safety and quality standards, and may rotate into related positions. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

The role is a 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with a 7% night shift premium. Expect use of hand tools and hoists, data entry, and daily coordination with a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience (read standard work documents and data entry).
• Ability to read/write and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engines and components in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting.
• Cross training in related roles (Cleaning 1, Assembly 1, Logistics 1).
• Use hand and power tools; may require hoists and overhead cranes.
• Handle and move parts with pallet jacks or hoists as needed.
• Perform data entry and use company computer systems.
