Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is seeking a Disassembly II to support fast-paced, safety-driven engine component disassembly and salvage operations. You will work across multiple stations, train others, and help maintain quality standards.

The role requires basic engine knowledge, use of hand tools and hoists, and the ability to read work instructions. You will collaborate with a team and potentially cross-train into other positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data).
• Must read/write and interpret documents.
• Knowledge of engines and components.
• Experience with basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Disassemble engines and components across multiple stations with safety and quality focus.
• Salvage processes including basic welding, acetylene torches, and manual/radial drills.
• Use hand and power tools and hoists; follow Built-in-Safety guidelines.
• Cross-train in other positions up to Salary Grade 2 as needed; operate with minimal supervision.
