You will identify needs, offer options, celebrate purchases, and deliver inclusive, ride-focused experiences that drive satisfaction and sales. The role emphasizes world-class service, visual standards, and teamwork, with responsibilities including product presentation, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness

Qualifikationen

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• Bike shop experience preferred.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Deliver world class rider-service to support ongoing sales.
• Engage with riders, assess needs, and provide guidance and options.
• Create a positive impression of Specialized and the purchasing process.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and store maintenance as needed.
