Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. is seeking a Cycling Specialist in Gilbert, AZ. You will be the front-line contact for riders, serving as a host, mentor, and product expert to quickly locate goods and services for customers.

This role emphasizes world-class rider service, brand advocacy, and meeting sales goals while maintaining a welcoming store environment and upholding Specialized's customer-care standards.

Qualifications

• Bike shop experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with riders and staff.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as front line host and brand advocate for riders.
• Assist customers with product selection and purchases to meet needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Keep store clean and organized; perform light janitorial duties.
• Stay current on product features through available training.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance.
