Job summary

Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end order lifecycle in Dynamics 365 BC, maintaining safety stock, and providing weekly status

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in order management, ops, supply chain or fulfillment.
• Familiar with order-to-ship workflows and warehouse execution.
• Proficient in Dynamics 365 BC or similar ERP.
• Strong Excel abilities: VLOOKUP, pivots, forecasting.
• Detail-oriented with SKU/sizing accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; multitask.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end purchase orders to receipt and allocation.
• Coordinate weekly inventory with HQ in Italy; track shipments.
• Monitor availability and backorders; manage exceptions.
• Ensure shipping docs readiness and update systems.
• Manage production planning with custom factories; monitor lead times.
• Provide weekly updates on material levels and forecast.
• Coordinate material logistics and style changes with factories.
• Ensure incoming materials meet production standards.
