Job summary

Cervelo, a leading high-performance bicycle brand, seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee and optimize our assembly, supply chain, and logistics globally. The role partners with product, commercial teams and senior leadership to improve systems, processes and delivery performance.

You will build and lead a matrixed team of analysts and logistics professionals, manage relationships with suppliers, drive S&OP, inventory control, and IT initiatives, and travel 10-20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain
• Experience leading global teams
• ERP software implementation experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• IT oversight experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize global supply chain, including demand planning and purchasing
• Lead inventory, logistics, and cost analysis to improve efficiency
• Manage supplier relationships and third-party providers
• Drive S&OP and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance
• Direct IT and reporting initiatives to support business objectives
• Develop and mentor a matrixed team of analysts and planners
