Castelion is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate material flow across manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes tracking, staging, and moving materials, while ensuring ERP/MES transactions reflect real-world counts. You’ll support cycle counts, traceability, and FIFO controls in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to shifting priorities to meet production demands and uphold high inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately.
• Comfortable with ERP/MES systems and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, organize, stage, and move raw materials and components for production.
• Receive, put away, transfer, issue, and track inventory in the ERP/MES system.
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain correct material locations, labeling, lot/serial traceability, and FIFO.
• Support production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
