Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Nashville, TN, is seeking Cycling Instructors to join our cycling program. Instructors complete the Equinox Cycle Pro (ECP) training and progress to delivering exceptional member experiences across scheduled classes.

Successful candidates will hold a current cycling certification (Schwinn or Stages recommended), CPR/AED, and strong knowledge of anatomy and ACSM guidelines. Ambition for ongoing learning and a friendly, energetic demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current cycling certification; Schwinn or Stages indoor cycling certifications are highly recommended.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and ACSM guidelines.
• Eagerness to learn and pursue ongoing professional development and education.
• Friendly, vibrant, and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Equinox experience to members in each class.
• Adhere to class descriptions and modify intensity as needed.
• Ensure classes begin and end on time.
• Assist members with bike technical/mechanical support to maximize their experience.
• Teach classes regularly and minimize substitutions.
• Maintain availability for two-day parts: early morning, evenings and/or weekends.
