Responsibilities include developing wash system algorithms for residential and commercial washers, optimizing performance, supporting roadmaps, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Appliance or Consumer Goods Industry.
• 3+ years of experience in problem solving in an engineering environment.
• Master of Science in Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Wash System algorithms, logic and cycle design for Residential and Commercial washers.
• Optimize appliance performance through module development and parameterization.
• Support module technology roadmaps and cost & quality initiatives.
• Characterize parameters contributing to system level attribute requirements.
• Develop understanding of washer physics including chemical, mechanical, and thermal dynamics.
• Support new product design from concept through production development.
• Develop and improve test methodologies and verification plans.
• Support regulatory product compliance for NAR and other countries.
• Translate Voice of the Customer into engineering requirements.
