Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst Engineer to join the Dishwasher Team at the Saint Joseph Technology Center in Saint Joseph, Michigan. The role centers on New Product Development for electromechanical, thermal, and hydraulic components, with Dry System ownership and performance metrics.

The successful candidate will collaborate with system architects, laboratories, and procurement to deliver DFMA-friendly designs, manage release schedules, and mentor a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in product design and development desired.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop electromechanical and thermal technologies for NPD and dry system components.
• Lead concept development, design reviews, and V&V for production implementation.
• Develop global module strategies and roadmaps supporting product plans and energy requirements.
• Manage release schedules, risk mitigation, and cost-performance goals across global product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure DFMA and manufacturability.
