Job summary

Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh Company, seeks a Cycle Counter at our Wisconsin plant to maintain inventory accuracy and engage with ERP systems. You will transact inventory, investigate part availability, and resolve discrepancies while supporting manufacturing interactions and a safe work environment.

The role emphasizes data entry in ERP, root-cause analysis of variances, and collaboration with Finance and auditors to ensure cycles and counts stay aligned with BOMs and processes.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory control and JDE experience required.
• Ability to use ERP systems and proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Materials department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review daily count targets with Material Coordinator and Manufacturing.
• Review item locations and accurately count parts; reconcile variances.
• Perform root cause analysis of variances in ERP data.
• Enter inventory data in ERP, investigate discrepancies, and email updates.
• Reconcile on-hand balance for shortage items and collaborate with teams.
• Support off-site inventory counts and assist with audits as needed.
