Job summary

Tomball Controls, LLC is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain accurate inventory records across materials, components, and finished goods. You will perform routine cycle counts, verify counts in the ERP system, and investigate discrepancies to support continuous improvement in material control processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with receiving, shipping, production, and purchasing, labeling and organizing materials, and generating inventory accuracy reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in inventory control, cycle counting or warehouse ops.
• Experience with ERP systems, Netsuite preferred.
• Ability to read packing slips, BOLs and PO.
• Basic computer skills; Excel and Outlook familiarity.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; work independently.

This role ensures inventory accuracy within the ERP system, identifies and investigates discrepancies and supports continuous improvement in material control processes.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and operate warehouse equipment.
• Exposure to warehouse and outdoor loading dock environments.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through production facilities.
