Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy and support daily reconciliation across its distribution network. You will perform RF-assisted cycle counts, locate items in the WMS, and work with Inventory Control to investigate variances and implement corrective actions.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse or cycle counting, high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification. Training on site and potential store travel are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in warehouse/distribution or cycle counting.
• Experience with RF scanning and WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts using an RF scanner and follow established procedures.
• Locate goods accurately in warehouse and in the WMS/RF system.
• Research discrepancies to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain cycle count records and communicate findings to Inventory Management.
• Operate material handling equipment up to 50% of duties and assist cross-functional teams.

Position SummaryThe Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. Responsible for inventory accuracy and reconciliation on a daily basis, manage daily cycle count of all product. Investigate variances, identify underlying causes of variances, formulate and implement corrective action.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Perform cycle counts using an RF scanner while adhering to the cycle counting process, procedures and guidelinesAccurately and efficiently locate goods, both physically and in computer database (WMS/RF Scanner)Work closely with Inventory Control to assure standards and accuracy of inventory transactionsResearch discrepancies between physical and system count to find root causeAssist in cycle counts throughout the fiscal year in a timely mannerProvide assistance to the distribution departments when requested or assignedMaintain records of all cycle counts, inventory transactions and correspondencesCommunicate cycle count findings to Inventory ManagementEnsure any and all damages are accurately reportedWork with cross functional teams to resolve issues with inventory countsPull cycle count reports in order to perform proper research and adjustments to PO’s, RMA’s, TRN’s, SO’s, profit/loss etc.Operate material handling equipment as necessary, not to exceed 50% of job dutiesAble to travel to Living Spaces stores to count, verify and adjust inventory control levelsQualificationsEducation/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent required. One to three years of experience in warehouse/distribution center, inventory control or cycle counting or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook.Certificates and Training: Forklift certificationPosition Hiring RangeThe hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.Compensation: $17.40 - $22.60Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
