Siemens Mobility is looking for a Cycle Count Team Lead at our Wendell, NC facility. Lead the cycle count team to maintain inventory accuracy, process material reports, and assist Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Customer Service in locating and transferring materials.

The role requires 5+ years in a warehouse with inventory control, 3+ years forklift experience, SAP experience, RF scanning, and MS Office proficiency. Hourly rate: $24.79.

We are looking for a Cycle Count Team Lead to join our team. This position will be based at our Wendell, NC facility.

The Team Lead will lead the Cycle Count Team to maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, processing of material reports and inventory adjustments. The Cycle Counter Group Leader will also assist the Warehouse, Production, Engineering and Customer Service in locating and transferring materials.

Hourly Rate: $24.79

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, including inventory control processes
• 3+ years of forklift operation experience
• Experience with SAP system. RF Scanner devices and MS Office applications
• Able to lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Basic English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Forklift certified or able to obtain this certification
• +5S/6S
• +Problem solving (A3, 8D, etc)

• Enforce 5S, 7 Wastes and other lean principles in the team / area.
• Have knowledge of Siemens part numbers, SAP locations, and key areas.
