Job summary

US0670 Edward Don is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels on a daily schedule. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely communication with supervisors and operations teams.

The shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with expectations to use RF equipment and WMS to manage stock movements and ensure data integrity across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a physical assessment.
• Must have intermediate math and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly cycle counting of inventory to ensure accuracy of perpetual inventory including product information (lot tracking and date integrity).
• Make accurate cycle count adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Communicate information for potential inventory loss to ensure timely action on volatile inventory.
• Correct mis-located products and document issues for follow-up with operations.
• Research loss reasons and input data into systems to maintain accurate net position.
• Retrieve, research and put away stray product and process outbound shipments as required.
• Review OS&D forms for completeness and accuracy and approve after verification.
