Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to perform timely cycle counts, maintain accuracy in WMS, and ensure proper inventory adjustments. You will support shrink control, product location accuracy, and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires basic math, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail, with a focus on accurate data entry, reporting, and collaboration with the supervisor to keep inventory

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a physical assessment.
• Strong math and computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly cycle counting of inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Make accurate cycle count adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Communicate potential inventory losses to management for timely action.
• Identify mis-located products and document for follow-up.
• Review and reconcile OS&D forms for accuracy.
