Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, or related experience.
• CPM, CPSM, CSM or equivalent desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle count function and ensure counts follow policies and procedures.
• Support analyses, including Root Cause and Accountability Plans for Material Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales.
• Develop, recommend, and coordinate new procedures aligned with the team’s continuous improvement plan.
• Lead Year End Physical Inventory Counts per best practices and auditor requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor daily Cycle Count Team activities; manage attendance, training, and development.
