Job summary

Pj-Trailers is seeking a Warehouse Cycle Counter to monitor inventory and perform cycle counts ensuring accuracy across finished goods and raw materials. You will collaborate with purchasing, shipping/receiving, and production to resolve discrepancies and maintain precise records.

Responsibilities include counting, reporting, and auditing processes, plus leading root-cause analysis and contributing to monthly audits. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of job experience minimum.
• Read, write, count and communicate by various channels.

Responsibilities

• Actively observe and promote safety standards.
• Work with purchasing, shipping/receiving, and production to resolve inventory issues.
• Establish cycle count schedule using ABC classification and determine count frequency.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.
• Track counts and review results daily with supervisor.
• Lead root-cause analysis for count variances and correct discrepancies.
• Audit supplier deliveries and the receiving process.
• Assist during monthly inventory audits.
