Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Coordinator to support the GSM-O II TN22 CSSP Services Program. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, administration, and documentation of cybersecurity training and workforce-readiness activities for the TN22 program.

Under supervision, you will coordinate with trainers, site coordinators, technical leads, and Government stakeholders to maintain training schedules, track completion, support events, and provide data for readiness reporting.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating training, scheduling, or administrative activities.
• Experience maintaining records and supporting reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Government, contractor, technical, and operational personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and administrative support for cybersecurity training events and readiness activities.
• Maintain training calendars, rosters, course materials, and training links.
• Track training completion, qualifications, development plans, and assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation per program requirements.
• Support data collection and validation for workforce-readiness metrics and reports.
• Identify overdue or expiring training and coordinate with staff to resolve.
• Assist with development and version control of training materials and guides.
• Ensure materials and learner requirements are current and accessible.
• Provide support for training events, exercises, and readiness validation activities.
• Collect participant feedback and document lessons learned and improvements.
• Support onboarding by coordinating required training and tracking qualifications.
