Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Training Coordinator to support the DISA GSM-O II TN22 program. You will coordinate training planning, scheduling, administration, and documentation across multiple facilities, including Chambersburg PA, to ensure personnel complete required training and maintain qualification records.

In this role you will collaborate with trainers, site coordinators, and Government stakeholders to track completion, support readiness reporting, and maintain accurate training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, IT, cybersecurity or related field; 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with government and contractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience coordinating training, scheduling, and records management in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and admin support for cybersecurity training events and readiness activities.
• Maintain training calendars, rosters, materials, and virtual training links.
• Track training completion, qualification status, and development plans.
• Maintain training records, attendance rosters, assessments, and certificates.
• Support data collection for workforce-readiness metrics and reports.
• Identify overdue or expiring training and coordinate resolution.
• Assist with development and version control of training materials and guides.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure materials and learner requirements are current.
• Provide admin support for events and readiness-validation activities.
• Collect participant feedback and document lessons learned and improvements.
• Support onboarding by coordinating training and orientation materials.
