MasonBlue Security is seeking a Cybersecurity Skills Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse audiences, spanning beginners to advanced learners. The role combines in-person and virtual delivery, program development, and practical exercises to empower organisations to safeguard digital assets.

You will create curricula, assess learning outcomes, stay current with threats and tools, and tailor sessions to industry needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on training/education.
• Strong communication and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Training Programs: design curricula for varied learner levels.
• Deliver Training Sessions: conduct in-person and virtual sessions.
