Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Cyber Training & Awareness Lead to design and execute a comprehensive program that elevates security awareness across all business units. You will create tailored content, deploy scalable training, and drive measurable improvements through data-driven insights and phishing simulations.

The role requires translating complex security concepts into clear guidance for diverse audiences, plus strong instructional design skills and experience with Articulate and LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years in IT or Cybersecurity with a strong grasp of security controls and regulations.
• 5–10 years of experience in L&D, Corporate Communications, or Security Awareness.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable language for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in instructional design and modern learning tools, such as Articulate and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive cyber training and awareness strategy using industry trends and AI-driven efficiencies.
• Create tailored cybersecurity content for various business units and technical levels.
• Deploy training programs to meet an 80% global compliance target.
• Maintain bite-sized microlearning assets, including videos, quizzes, and infographics.
• Lead regular phishing simulations across all sub-businesses.
• Coordinate monthly briefings for C-suite stakeholders.
• Track communication metrics and manage the enterprise Cyber Portal.
