Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills; simplify complex concepts.
• Mentoring and supporting veteran learners.
• Experience delivering technical training, bootcamps, or certification prep courses.
• CTT+ or equivalent instructor credential.
• Professional background in cybersecurity, networking, IT infrastructure, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, networking environments, or security operations.
• Military veterans with relevant training or experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site training for cybersecurity coursework across a 16-week, full-time program (40 hours/week).
• Facilitate and troubleshoot hands-on labs; guide students through technical exercises.
• Break down complex concepts clearly and adjust instruction based on learner level.
• Provide day-to-day mentorship and technical support for veteran students.
• Monitor and track individual progress; identify gaps and reinforce key concepts for certification readiness.
• Collaborate with program staff to maintain course quality and student accountability.
