Job summary

Axonius is offering a remote, 12-week Technical Support Engineer Fellow program in partnership with the DoD SkillBridge to launch a career in cybersecurity account management for transitioning service members.

As a Fellow, you will train with senior staff to resolve complex incidents on the Axonius platform, manage a live Zendesk ticket queue, create knowledge articles in Confluence, and collaborate with Engineering, TAM, and Product teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Active-duty military member approved for DoD SkillBridge within final 180 days.
• Operational background in military IT, COMSEC, cyber operations, or related technical domain.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewall rules) and enterprise IT support.
• Proven ability to document and communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents across Axonius platform.
• Manage a live Zendesk ticket queue and strive for one-touch resolution.
• Create and maintain internal/external knowledge base articles in Confluence.
• Escalate and coordinate with Engineering, TAM, and Product teams for deeper investigations.
