Job summary

Axonius is partnering with the DoD SkillBridge program to offer a remote, 12-week fellowship for transitioning military service members to launch a career in corporate cybersecurity account management.

As a Technical Support Engineer Fellow, you will train alongside senior team members to resolve complex technical challenges for enterprise customers and serve as a frontline liaison between clients and internal Engineering, Product, and TAM teams.

Qualifications

• Active-duty military service member approved for DoD SkillBridge within 180 days of service.
• Experience communicating technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical incidents across the Axonius platform.
• Manage a live customer ticket queue and own cases from report to close.
• Document knowledge and coordinate with Engineering, TAM, and Product teams.
