Job summary

ESET North America is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with the sales team, delivering technical expertise across the customer journey and designing solutions to address security challenges. You will combine cybersecurity know-how with consultative sales skills to articulate business value.

You will lead product demonstrations, run PoCs, and support enterprise opportunities while aligning with channel partners and the broader sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred (Security+, CISSP, CEH, CCNA/CCNP).

Responsibilities

• Present solutions and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Lead proofs of value and proofs of concept assessments.
• Collaborate with sales to respond to enterprise opportunities.
• Maintain CRM activity and customer communications.
• Develop testing environments for company solutions.
