• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support to clients, including audits and reviews.
• Act as a technical expert for proposed solutions with detailed specifications, scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineers to demonstrate solutions and create practical demos.
• Analyze current technologies to identify gaps in processes and customer experience.
• Document requirements to implement updates and improvements for customers.
• Partner with sales teams to monitor project progress and execution.
• Create and deliver product training webinars and present at conferences or events.
• Role is based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.
