Job summary

Immersive Labs is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive pre-sales demos, onboarding, and large‑scale adoption across global customers. You will partner with Sales, Support, and Engineering to demonstrate platform value, run trials, and guide customers through the onboarding journey.

You will present to technical and non-technical audiences, manage multiple accounts, and stay current with evolving cyber threats and AI-enabled workflows. Remote-friendly, with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or a technical customer-facing role.
Experience delivering onboarding, enablement, or one‑to‑many sessions at scale.
Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) or digitally-led customer motions.

Responsibilities

Deliver product demonstrations tailored to prospects and rank solution fit.
Onboard new customers within a two‑month window and provide integration guidance.
Drive adoption at scale through webinars, bootcamps, and self-serve resources.
Collaborate with Inside Sales Reps, Customer Operations, and engineering teams to influence product direction.
