Job summary

Immersive Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success team, covering the METNA region. You will be the trusted advisor from pre‑sale to post‑sale, partnering with Enterprise Sales to secure the technical win and drive platform adoption across CIOs, CISOs, and technical stakeholders.

You will embed with customers for long‑term engagement to deliver value, run POVs, craft cyber workforce resilience programs, and collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Extensive client-facing experience with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong IT fundamentals across hardware, networking, databases, and software development.
• Excellent ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer technical requirements and map to Immersive Lab’s value.
• Lead solution demonstrations and manage proof-of-concepts.
• Act as security advisor throughout the sales cycle and drive platform adoption.
