Job summary

Adaptive is seeking a Solutions Consultant to serve as the technical backbone of our pre-sales process in New York City. You will partner with Account Executives to field technical questions, run POCs, and act as the trusted technical voice throughout deals.

This high-ownership role moves fluidly between technical conversations and hands-on prospect support, shaping how a fast-growing security company sells to sophisticated buyers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing tech role.
• Strong security/IT knowledge suitable for technical buyers.
• Experience running structured evaluations (POCs) and managing timelines.
• Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run proof-of-concept evaluations for prospects considering Adaptive products.
• Serve as the technical liaison between prospects and Engineering/Product teams.
• Conduct technical calls with prospects not running a POC.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Leadership to improve the prospect experience.
