Belden is seeking a Solution Consultant to design secure, scalable IT/OT network solutions in converged environments. The role partners with sales to drive pipeline velocity, perform discovery, validate solutions, and articulate business value to executives.

The successful candidate will own the technical strategy, run PoCs/PoVs, and translate assessments into remediation roadmaps aligned to IEC 62443 and NIST standards. Travel 50%+ is required; remote/hybrid work is available where feasible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, pre‑sales, or security architecture, OT/Industrial preferred.
• Experience supporting business development, discovery and technical validation.
• Hands‑on in core security domains: segmentation, firewall policy, risk and incident response.

Responsabilités

• Discover client security requirements for networks and data and present use cases.
• Align with IT/OT vendor ecosystems and drive PoCs/PoVs to outcomes.
• Lead workshops and advisory discussions per IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-82.
• Deliver demos and quantitative business impact to accelerate opportunity closure.
• Design secure converged IT/OT architectures with validated deployment options.
