Right-Hand Cybersecurity is expanding its content team and seeks a Content Writer with 1+ years of experience to develop cyber awareness content, including training modules, phishing templates, and policy documents. The role blends technical and non-technical content to translate cybersecurity information for a broad audience.

You will research threat landscapes, craft engaging narratives, update modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content across time

Qualifications

• 1+ years of content writing experience.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 — Rise 360 is the primary tool, with Storyline 360 knowledge required.
• Experience with AI-powered video tools such as HeyGen for content production.

Responsibilities

• Research various cybersecurity attacks and breach headlines; stay updated with the current threat landscape.
• Brainstorm and educate people on cyber hygiene importance.
• Use simple and creative methods to tell stories.
• Update and build training modules.
• Create phishing email templates.
• Become a product expert in our cyber awareness products.
• Develop ways to reduce the learning curve.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, customer success, and marketing to ensure content resonates with clients.
• Apply strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and storytelling to content.
